Our custom rings are laser engraved using the latest bleeding-edge technology.

Please Note Our Custom Engraving Changes Policy:

We understand that personal preferences can evolve, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom engraved ring. If you wish to make changes to the laser engraving on the inner diameter after placing your order, a restocking fee of $99 will apply. This fee helps cover the costs associated with adjusting and reprocessing customized items.

Please double-check your engraving details before finalizing your order to ensure accuracy. If you have any questions or concerns about the engraving, feel free to contact our customer service team before completing your purchase.

Once your custom ring is crafted and delivered to you, the same policy applies to changes in engraving. If you decide to make alterations after receiving your order, a restocking fee of $99 will be applicable.

lead time

While we prepare your diamond, we send you our required sizing kit. (It is required because our rings fit slightly different than other brands) This kit takes 5-8 business days to ship from our facility. 

Once you email us confirming your size we will continue crafting your ring. Please keep in mind we cannot finish your ring until you confirm your size with us.

Depending on sales volume, completing the ring can take up to 4 weeks to ship from our facility in Utah.
